A stepped office building along a former harbour canal, with a garden on every terrace.
Each floor steps back to give the one below a garden.
Eight floors of workspace are arranged as a sequence of setbacks. Every floor has direct access to a planted terrace, and the deep loggias of the west facade shade the offices from the afternoon sun over the water.
